  1. Very cool indeed mate. What's the specs on it?
  2. I run 255's on my 9 inch rims currently. It's actually the recommended size
  3. Yeah, I'm coming up Russ. Tony has booked a room but I can't remember where it is!
  4. Pretty good deal on the VBox's! Might have to invest...

  6. Thanks Mike! Should be getting booked in next week to get put back in the car... if I don't fall in love with a Radical next week and do something silly.
  7. I don't believe me either!
  8. Ready this weekend...
  9. I dropped in their on Saturday as I'd never noticed it before and was looking to buy a seat/wheel setup. Had a go for 15 mins, great fun! Will definitely be popping back with a few mates very soon.
  10. Did you fit into it ok? I never thought I'd have a hope in hell of squeezing into an Exige!
  11. Good stuff guys. What did both of you think of the Exige as a total package? Obviously the corner speed was very high in the thing. Any trouble fitting in it?
  12. Wow Ian, a 50hp gain at 3800rpm is fantastic! You must be over the moon with it. Glad to see the wait was worth it after all. I wonder what the exhaust housing porting was worth power/response wise??
  13. Can I ask who you ordered through Luke?
  14. That is 911 heaven! I'm a touch excited in the pants... Love the M-Coupe too - tough as nails!
  15. Hey Neil, if I do decide to go that way it would be mainly track day use, with the occassional race day depending on whether the series just continues in NSW or moves down here to Vic, and what other series become open to it. Part of the appeal is to be able to race it one day as circumstance affords. I've been meaning to give you a call to chat about your Prosport/experiences so will still do that if you don't mind? I wouldn't be paying 80k that's for sure!
  16. They're a very nice seat, but definitely on the tight side. I also found the harness holes quite low, though I'm 6'4.
  17. The other downside to reclining seats is that the backs can snap with the use of a harness, and that's no good at all!
  18. I think I was quoted around the same for the 180, though Shannon's do give a 10% discount on my other policy so it brings it down to around $500.
  19. Whereas I find them very comfortable, and would by next choice after Recaro! Whereas Sparco's do not suit me at all (shoulder harness holes too low, and uncomfortable). Cobras are beautiful, but my shoulders are too wide for the normal version, and my arse too thin for the XL version. So it shows that different seats for different bodies. As for copies: Use at your own peril. I wouldn't trust my life with them. I bought one a few years back as a passenger seat as it would be rarely used... then promptly sold it before fitting it. What if I had an accident and my passenger was injured due to an unsafe seat? I couldn't live with myself. Seats are something you should spend the money on.
  20. Velo's are your cheapest option for a quality seat (they do seem to have gone up in price since I last checked though, according to the website at least). As to whether they fit your body shape, only a test sit will find that out! I bought one a few years back (which Beer Baron then bought off of me) but it was too wide for me. Very comfy seat though, and well made. Sydney distributors are: R&R Speedsports 35 Rosedale Avenue Greenacre NSW 2190 (02) 9709 4655 Fsport Unit 2, 4 Wrightland Place Arndell Park NSW 2148 (02) 9676 8044
  21. That sucks Troy... it's bad enough going to a track day and getting bugger all time here in Aus let along half way across the world.
  22. Cool cool. Just checking as part of the Radical appeal is the backup available in Australia. If that back up was gone then may as well get something quicker Troy/Richard: Pics and vids!
  23. That is awesome! Will be a treat top hear that thing bellowing up the mountain
  24. Then I'd be getting a side mount Bride rail (like FG) and using their mounts.
