    Simon is pushing 700whp through a standard box, however look at how he races and treats the box very gentle on the shifts and very smooth but still pretty quick shift. he just hoards stock 32 R boxes at home. i am chasing similar power and have opted for a 34 Getrag in my 32, slightly stronger, similar to yourself i want to keep it semi streetable so i didnt want a dog box.

    if you are going to track a car, you need to prep it accordingly rips sump or similar Tomei / HKS / JUN oil pump catch can with a drain back to the sump at a minimum or you are gonna have a bad time.

    dealt with Ben, very knowledgable and not too pushy listened to your requirements and sent cars to suit. ended up buying locally so didnt go through but i did have a positive dealing with them leading up to it

    picked up good spool picked up good power price was good had to get the internals cleaned up and the flanges faced as they were warped. when i contacted Hybrid about the issues, no f**ks given essentially he may have offered me to send it back at my cost and he would have faced it for me, but when i am in Perth and he is in NZ and my car is at a workshop - no dice

    Please do, will be keen for the result have lined up a 34 GTR box to go in my 32, would have been fine at the initial power levels. but now we are shooting for 700whp so i may encounter some issues

    if you are in Perth, WA take your car to Josh @ Galvsport in Osborne park, he currently has 10+ big dollar GTR builds of all the combinations above and is a very well respected engine builder. he will take the time to find out what you want, what you will do with it and make a suggestion from there. he is currently building my HKS 2.8 and has been great to deal with.

    its an external pump sitting in the surge tank with a warlbro or similar as a lifter pump
