    they have sent me a letter for approval in principal, so yes i just need to pass an emissions test, noise test, brake test (E85 and a "custom exhaust" will take care of that cant have an external gate

    depends what it is, i am going through engineering for my build at the moment, but its a 2.8 with a big single, half cage, suspension & brake mods. but you need to submit the paperwork to DOT and they will respond with approval in principal. then you engage and auto engineer who sorts it all our for you. http://www.transport.wa.gov.au/mediaFiles/LBU_F_VS_ModificationLightVehicles.pdf

    lets not turn this inot a shit fight, i just stated 2 examples of them failing, from the facts provided to me prior to making the decision for my own car.

    os gieken are rubbish, brockas when he had his R33 broke a fair few of them, gav beer also broke a few os gieken sets in his R32 GTR both around the 550 - 650 whp range you can look at a PPG gear set (speak to josh at galvsport he was looking to becomming a WA distributor) for my build i have gone with the getrag 6 speed for a bit more confidence in handling 600+ whp, if that fails i will bite the bullet and go PPG. PAR gearsets are rubbish from all reviews a few people just stockpile R33 gearboxes and replace as required - may be an option depending on your pocket depth for shelling out on a PPG

    no, as prior to rolling out E10 / P100 they did upgrades to alot of stations to handle the ethanol, they have 100% market share, why would they restrict it to armadale, the least likely area to utilise E85

    although it is only 5k and if you are looking for a shitter drifter it would be ideal, indeed kingawana or whatever is china but alot of people have had great results and decent longitivty off them china parts are as below most of the parts are china, bar the hel lines
