GTR-34A

I would have to disagree with this mate.. R34 gtrs are really hard to value, the market is getting flooded with absolute sh!t examples (crashed, rusted etc) which is bringing prices right down. People see that one sells for this much and think they all should. The difference being I believe the condition really has a big effect on the price, as if I was gong to buy another 34r... I would pay more for a non vspec that was a really good example, than I would an average vspec, or vspecii etc.. If you look at good examples in Japan, grade 4.5+ genuine low km, they are being sold there for 40-50k, which makes them too expensive for importers, therefore a market here flooded with sh!t. I do agree with the price you stated above if a quick sale is needed though, in today's market, if I was to sell mine, I would be expecting a fairly lengthy sale for the right buyer to come along and see the value in the asking price, and I wouldn't sell it (non vspec also) for less than 50k if I had the liberty to wait. Just my 2cents... As for the OP, best of luck with the sale, car looks great!

Hey mate, Ended up leaving the meet abit earlier as I had a mates party to get to back in newcastle, took off just after the presentation at about 5. Was a very good turn out, Will post a few pics up later. That's bs about the egg on your car mate.. I would have been fumming!

I had similar problems mate, but I just use a trickle charger now... Like 50 bucks and havent had any issues in 6 months

Hey mate, I know nothing actually about the car, but i can say before i bought mine it sat on carsales for along time also... i dont think yellow 34Rs sell very well... not everyones favourite colour i guess?... they go alright imo though ha

haha i did that the other day to test some stuff i had.. but only did two wheels as i know after the freeway etc from newcastle i will have to remove all the road grim again once im there. should have plenty of time though given our arrival time...

called the mattara and have given them a heads up that we will be coming in for lunch around 1pm... at the moment have a table booked for 20 people which i guess is going to be pretty close? im sure if there is more they can squeeze more tables in etc..
