Its actually heaps better now, doesn't turn off while driving but when you turn on the car, sometimes it doesn't automatically turn on unless I push a button.

Where abouts in the boot is this? I've got the panasonic antennas in my car which I have had for 4 years but I've never found the console for it.

Hi Guys Yesterday, after a night of heavy rain in Sydney, my car's lcd screen kept on turning off and on constantly. Sometimes the handbrake light would randomly turn on too but no other warning light. When the screen turns off, you could simply press any of the menu buttons and it would turn on again. I'm having my battery replaced on Monday but I am afraid this could be an electrical fault. I have also noticed that sometimes when its raining i get drops of water coming in from my small speaker besides the side mirror. Anyone with electrical know-how have any idea?

No woman should be driving an expensive car without comprehensive. Anyways, prices you have been provided look reasonable considering a brand new bumper is $800 ex. and a 2 months wait. If you are willing to spend some money maybe upgrade to the sports bumper. My 19's run at 36psi probably should run it slightly higher, I'd say for 18's like yours maybe 34-36psi. Cullens Smash repairs deal with prestige cars so they should be good as recommended by Max.

yeah looks like you're right we wont be able to import skylines any more. bullocks, im going to keep my v36 for a while then. best thing to do then is save up for a couple of years and try for a 2009 GTR. hopefully they'll be in the 80's by then.

Will the g37 have the same code name v36 ?? if so then i think we are doomed for future imports but if its different then i think we have a chance.

I was referring to importing the new models once they are released in 2014-15, most likely code named v37.

Its a shame though our G37's will have less power than all the rest of the g37's wordwide, i find that quite ridiculous when you going to charge about 100k for a sports coupe that is now much slower than a lot of its rivals i.e BMW 335. I will hold out and wait for the new shape in 2014, apparently the IPL version will be a serious sports car aimed at the AMG's and M3's. Yes will be expensive but if its available in a Skyline version in Japan maybe we can import them since technically they are different cars.

I received an extra remote control but its dead now as it needs charging and obviously i dont have a charger for it. however, the alarm works regardless. I read somewhere that it did have a gps tracking system installed. My remote is not like the one pictured

I've got the panasonic system installed in my car too and i also have an alarm system with a similar looking antenna on passenger side too. I think its a good thing gives it more of a high-tech gizmo look.

I highly doubt that, if a 2004 maxima can have 4-6 air bags im sure a skyline would have more. Maybe it depends on the version of your 350, standard, S, P or SP. Maybe standard cut down on air bags

I recently installed DBA slotted rotors on my v36, I got MRT to order them in but initially they said they couldnt find a match. I got a good deal too paid $200 each for front. They are great man highly recommend.

I dont know what i was doing wrong i followed the manual from the g37 so i was pretty sure i did the same thing but who knows. im just glad its working for me now. Now to find my AV inputs lol

definitely a nice exhaust, i was interested in one stage but probably out of my budget at the moment. did you think you'll get it much cheaper for a couple or more?

well good luck man but if you do get a proper response and quotation then i'll give you money to buy me the blue slate front bumper. i even tried to force him to send me a proper invoice with shipping,by placing an order for most of the kit, typed in my credit card details and then it wouldnt do anything. tried it a couple of times with different credit cards, no acknowledgement, so i came to the conclusion it could be a dodgy site trying to steal your credit card details.

dude that guy is dodgy man, ive emailed him a million times asking for a price on the whole kit including shipping but each times after a few days he replies with weird answers, never answered my questions properly. this was 12 months ago. i tried again a few weeks ago and no reply. and he has the front bumper and such a low price at under $300, its worth $999 everywhere else. So anyways i said stuff it im just ordering oem from Japan.

Im in guys, Sundays are fine, not too fussed with dates but i'd rather later October as my front bumper is coming in from Japan. I wouldn't want anyone to see my bumper the way it is now, im too ashamed.

fair enough, i like what GTM have done for the G's. it would definitely be a sleeper and just destroy on the road. hope you do it soon man i'd like to see the results. i was thinking about the twin turbo kits but ive decided to save my money for a couple of years and go for a 2009 GTR. hopefully they'll be under 90 by then.
