  1. Thanks for the tip mate, will take a look when I give it a go.
  2. Hi Every1, Most likely a simple answer, however I've never done this before so am looking for some guidance. I have got replacement weather strips and want to put them on. (I'm not sure if this is the correct name for them, they are the black plastic bit which goes above the side windows. I have highlighted them in red in the attached photo. I'm not referring to the factory option weather sheilds which normally stick on top of this bit. Wondering how these 'weather strips' are attached? Do they just clip in? Dont want to break the old ones by guessing. Thanks in advance.
  3. Great setup. Do you get any scrubbing on full lock?
  4. Similar to this? http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/topic/388344-r33-gtst-manual-series-2-coupe-tacho-issue/
  5. She would look so intimidating in a rear view mirror, not that she'll ever be in one. Sexual.
  6. Wow great R34's over the past page. HIRISK - Glad you are happy with your purchase and it all worked out for you. GTR-34A - Loving the new ride height, looks perfect. Fantastic photos too. 34GeeTeeTee - Flood it mate, cant ever get enough of the 34's in here.
  7. Great thread. I took a similar approach with my current R34 GTR. Instead of making her faster I have also been focused more so on making her as close to perfect and original as possible. Love your work.
  8. Hey mate, This water based product did absolutely nothing for me. Bought some for under wheel arches - etc and around the engine bay. Did not last long at all.
  9. ^ Amazing mate. If one day I can take photos just half as good as you I'll be happy. Well done.
  10. Looking great, always fantastic to see some clean GT-T's as well. Thanks for sharing.
  11. Fantastic shots mate, love all of them.
  12. Hello, have done this on two GTR's with successful outcome. Instructions have to be done spot on, otherwise wont work. Unless something is different with the UK models? Cheers.
  13. Have put this kit in storage and intend on keeping it. Cheers anyway.
  14. Canon 600D with standard 18-55 lens.
  15. +1 for AFM's. Had very similar problem - http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/topic/399992-r34-gtr-random-stall-wouldnt-drive-more-than-a-metre-problem-advice/
  16. Genuine Kakimoto cannon in excellent condition. It was hollowed out by the previous owner to make it even louder. Very shiny, has been sitting in my shed as a bit of a display piece for a while now. Current brackets are to suit R34 GT / GT-T. Looking for $50. Pickup only from Rouse Hill in Sydney. Pictures will be up tomorrow. If interested, please PM or call me on 0468 895 020. Measurements - 6.5" - Barrel 4.5" - Outlet 2.5" - Inlet 21" - Total length
  17. Sonny1986, you have fantastic taste in cars. Welcome to the family.
  18. Great creative shot there Tez, love it. It appears your number plate protector is upside down, not that it matters as everybody only ever sees the rear of your N1 anyway.
  19. Thanks mate, really appreciate the tips. Cant wait to give it another go.
  20. Thanks mate, still learning all the shutter speed stuff properly and loving it. Appreciate the tip, I've just started using full manual mode on my camera so getting used to all the settings and their best application. The first shot, its intentionally over exposed. Thats the effect I was going for, whether its considered cool or not though I'm not sure. Love the lighting in your evo pic. Makes the car look so sexy and makes me want another one, well done.
  21. Hard to tell from the picture, what have you tried so far? From experience, in most cases a standard cutting compound and a good buff will restore natural colour and shine.
  22. I'm on call for work so will have to play it by ear, but keen to meet up with you guys after the gorge for the pie run if this is still an option? May have missed it in the thread, but if so I would appreciate confirmation as to where exactly to meet the group. Would be great to meet some new faces and take a few pics of all the sexy rides.
  23. So its a bit of a rainy day here in Sydney. For those of you that go ahead with the detailing process, success of a wax application can be quantified via the beading of water and lack of adherence to the paints surface. Thought I'd go outside and take a few pics to better convey this vague explanation, should make more sense.
  24. Another creative quickie from a night shoot of Marko R1's very clean ADM R32 GTR. Still developing my creative side, as you guys do so well. I need to focus more on taking these type of shots so any tips are welcome. Thanks.
