  2. What about a gen4 liberty? http://www.carsales.com.au/all-cars/results.aspx?ipad=1&silo=stock&q=((((((((SiloType%3d%5bBrand+new+cars+in+stock%5d%7cSiloType%3d%5bBrand+new+cars+available%5d)%7cSiloType%3d%5bDealer+used+cars%5d)%7cSiloType%3d%5bDemo+and+near+new+cars%5d)%7cSiloType%3d%5bPrivate+seller+cars%5d)%26(Make%7b%3d%7d%5bSubaru%5d%7b%26%7d(Model%7b%3d%7d%5bLiberty%5d%7b%26%7dSeries%7b%3d%7d%5b4GEN%5d)))%26Service%3d%5bCarsales%5d)%26Price%3drange%5b0..10000%5d))%26(Odometer%3drange%5b..200000%5d)&vertical=car&WT.z_srchsrcx=makemodel&sortby=TopDeal
  3. Agree cars need to be driven, i suppose though if you want a brand new R34 GTR in year 2015 it comes at a price.
  4. Old news, but epic in every way.
  5. Gun metal grey, the whole wheel
  6. But if you're super keen on a new front bumper I'd look at either the R34 gtt nismo front bar or the uras type r bar. both look nice IMO
  7. You could try punching you're front bar every morning. Get them aggressive juices flowing
  8. Please don't ruin you're already nice looking r34
  9. I think all is good now, gave it a rebleed got coolant out of bleeder and bubbles in bottle
  10. Didn't have time yesterday to try will do it today Yes coolant in radiator and I can feel it in upper and lower rad hose and rear heater hoses Cap I think was off but can't remember Yeah took bleeder out and in This afternoon I'm going to jack front up water bottle in rad with distilled water in it. Idle and open bleeder until coolant and no air comes out close it. then watch bottle in rad for any last bubbles. Does that sound right?
  11. Would someone please explain the easiest dumb proof way to rebleed the system. I'll give it another go this afternoon
  12. I opened bleeder nothing come out? What should I do? Yesterday I filled it up until it came out of the bleeder screw I need to bleed again? Also there is defiantly coolant in lower hose if I squeeze it I can feel it
  13. I did lines 1 and 2. Do you reckon I should open bleeder this morning while it's cool to see if air or coolant comes outAlso how do you guys turn the heater on I don't use it often/ever? Turn climate control on and set temp to 32? Do you need to turn a/c on?
  14. So today I gave it ago. Oh what fun this shit is ! All was good until bleeding...well first I had to get the block drain bolt off. Was Fun! The bleeding I followed the engine manual attached* then tried the coke bottle cut in half idled for 10-20mins then the coolant raised up and bubbled a little bit then that was it. Bottom rad hose didn't feel hot or under pressure?? Wasn't keen on idling it any longer. So I waited abit and went for a 20min drive, temp gauge was where is usually is in the middle , when I got home the lower rad hose did feel hot and did feel as if the was some pressure in it. If I have stuffed up what should I look for? Overheating gauge? I'm a little stressed and tired. Not sure
  15. Might be late but I wouldn't use normal paint stripper on plastic. You can get a plastic safe paint stripper from auto paint suppliers.
  16. Yeah no worries for $38 bucks why not. should be fun
  17. I brought the koyo oe replacement will see how it goes. Should I replace the thermostat while I'm at it or should I not worry?
  18. If the air duct can't be used the factory airbox doesn't work. By OEM do you mean genuine nissan or OE replacement like the koyo rad linked earlier?
  19. Are these instock in aus or need to be sent from japan? They all say factory air duct cannot be used with this radiator. I'm still using factory airbox is this a problem What about fenix rads http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/Nissan-Skyline-R33-R34-93-02-Heavy-Duty-Alloy-Fenix-Radiator-/171117111768?pt=AU_Car_Parts_Accessories&hash=item27d75fe9d8 they look quality?
  20. What about these JustJap cooling pro radiators http://justjap.com/engine/cooling/radiators/cooling-pro-alloy-radiator-nissan-skyline-r33-r34-and-stagea-c34-rb25-rb26.html
  21. I'm going to replace the radiator hoses to, would it be a good idea to replace the thermostat while I'm there? The only Greddy radiator I can find online is $1099.!?Would there be any cooling issues with the koyo oe replacment? Anyone used one?
  22. Some would consider that a quality automotive fix
  23. Yeah I'll get a new one, not really keen on replacing the top tank idea. I've looked the Blitz 41mm alloy rad and koyo alloy 53mm they are 500-600$ Not sure if it's overkill and a waste of money. Do these fit like oem? What do these cost? Couldn't find anything online not sure if anywhere would have one and be able to have it to me within a week
  24. Hello Today I noticed a hairline crack at the base of the radiator filler neck, it trickles a small amount of coolant when driving and for a short while after until the car cools down. it's not losing heaps of coolant but don't want to be driving and have it open up and lose my coolant I'm not going to drive it until it's sorted in case it goes bang big crack. Just looking at advise as to what I should do, Is it worth removing the stock one and taking it to a radiator place and get the top tank replaced? $150-250 Or buy a brand new koyorad oem replacment radiator $250 http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/RADIATOR-NISSAN-SKYLINE-R33-R34-93-2001-MANUAL-VEHICLE-KOYO-RADIATOR-/200449233351?pt=AU_Car_Parts_Accessories&hash=item2eabb491c7 The car is used 99.5% on the street so a big expensive racing radiator would be overkill and unnecessary. And don't want a cheap china alloy one either Anyone been here before what would be the best way to go?
