  14. Would there be a noticeable difference in stopping power going slotted dba's over standard rotors I'm doing my brakes in the next week or so and am tossing up. If dba slotted rotors are worth it.   17. It's not pouring out of them, I checked them this morning and there is just a very light oily film around the damper adjusters. Should I be concerned?
