Guten Morgen Jungen und Mädchen. sorry haven't been on lately, been swamped with work and haven't even had a chance to scratch myself, anyway, going to be doing some work on my car to let it run a little better in the next week or 2, and am looking at replacing the spark plugs as one of the items in question, now i will be getting the ngk platinum plugs, however, i am not sure on which ones to get, there is standard ones and ones that are one step colder, they are both the same price but i am not sure of the pros and cons between them. any help would be good, thanks

  14. ok well i haven't updated anything, because well lets face it, i haven't a. had the time and b. haven't had the funds to do anything, that aside, i have been looking at replacing the fuel pump, now i have done a little research and found a topic that outlines how to do the job, but it is for the bosch 040 fuel pump, now with that in mind i went and investigated the cost for one of these and nearly fell off my chair, but i know that the fuel pump is something that needs to be upgraded before more serious power can be made, so a lot of searching for pumps have lead me to 2 different brands and i am wanting to find out some peoples thoughts, differences, which one would be better that sort of thing, the two brands i have got in mind is well a. the bosch 040 (or i might go straight to the 044) and b. the walbro brand, in the ways of cost i am leaning to the walbro as i can get the 600+ HP one for around $200, but as i know so little about fuel pumps, i was wondering if i could get some help.
  15. well i'm not a mechanic, nor have i pulled down a RB before, but i have taken off the cover for the timing belt, and they almost look like the locators for the backing plate behind the timing belt to attach to the block, but like i said, i wouldn't know for sure
