the thought of cutting the rails to repair though, or do they panel beat them back out?

would be good to know how that other forum member 'simonster' (i think thats his name?) actually created a thread stating that he fit the rb26/30 without cutting the bonnet...how did he do this?

that sucks because i have an 89 model wheel which isnt going to fit my 94 gtr

^ the top or your engine is sticking out 10mm past the stock bonnet when closed? are u referring to 10mm past the bonnet skin OR 10am past the bonnet brace which is the lowest point of the bonnet? I also have new nismo mounts but im using a rips racing sump adapter & sump extension...what is the thickness of the proengines adapter, 6mm or 8mm? i remember talking to greg as he built me engine & i think he stated that his adapter is 6mm whereas rips is 8mm

its a 94 model - were the earlier model gtr wheels different to the later model gtr's? i did notice on the later models a plastic boss which sits behind the 3 spokes, hmmm...

hi all, i had the white vspec2 inspected a few days ago, the chassis rails & sills are badly pushed in...can these be repaired or should i stay clear? also has rust under the n1 boot lid (on the actual boot lid itself, rust straight thru), under the passenger mirror in the door sill itself, rear 1/4 guard arch & the bonnet paint is lifting off the alloy bonnet near the n1 front lip, wtf! i also looked at the red gtr (non vspec) & the condition is incredible - very nice indeed reminds me of my aust delivered gtr which i had a few yrs back

hi guys, i live in sydney & i am buying an r32gtr which is in coffs harbour. ive looked at the car last weekend & its looks great, however, i want to organise an inspection to make sure that there is no accident damage & that the suspension/bushes are not showing any signs of circuit abuse in its previous life when in japan. which workshop is recommended in coffs harbour (hopefully within 30min drive) who can look at it on a hoist? im set to pick up the car next wed so i could get the car there anytime after 8am... regards marko 0405 336 843

u have sold me on this kit - the r32 wheel does not have a grain in it though so it should turn out very good

well im trying to determine the difference between AH3 & AN0 for the r32gtr (metallic red) and it looks to be the same colour...can anyone confirm?

so what is this other factory colour AN0 & what does it look like?

hi guys, im picking up an r32gtr & the compliance shows paint code 'AH3'...is it true that the r32gtr was released in 2 different types of red? AH3 - Red Pearl Metallic AN0 - Wine Red if this is the case, it explains why some of them look really maroon (wine red) & others look more vibrant (red pearl)

thanks marlin - it will take a bit of time to clean but will look good after... yeah i'll get a better look at that guard

here is a pic of what im talking about - the top of the strut is relatively clean - look at the vertical section of the strut, you can see that black crap

yeah well he said that he didnt spend time on the engine bay appearance - more performance & exterior. i dont think its fish oil - i actually saw this stuff on another gtr which i looked at last week...
