ive always been a fan of the lobster back bends as i appreciate the workmanship involved - nothing beats it! is there a performance gain from this though as 1 would think that a mendrel bend would flow better as it is a smooth curved edge & there is no weld edge on the inside of the pipe - i guess the difference is within a bees d1ck anyway lol

i have a question...if my rb26 with -5s is making 334awkw @ 19psi, what can i expect at a higher boost of say 24psi? is there a formula i can refer to which approximates kw increase per psi added?

thanks for clarifying & yes i rnoticed that the sensors were in a different position. in terms of physical appearance, is the early model different to the late model? the face looks the same but i think the plastic boss is slightly different on the late model as it branches off to the each spoke... also, my late model has an airbag warning on the drivers visor, did the late model have an airbag?

i dont have a pic fitted but looks identical to the way it fits on a early model as the steering column is the same who is retrimming your wheel & how much u paying for it?

hi all, here is a pic of the back of my wheel - is it a late or early version? i also notice on my sunvisor in te 94 gtr info on an SRS airbag...does the later model wheel have an airbag? i also heard that maybe the later model wheel has hicas sensors & if this is the case, i wouldn't need this function as i have the tomei lock bar kit fitted...im a bit lost on this one HMMMM

i have an update my steering wheel from my 89 gtr fits my 94 gtr - no difference at all...unless my wheel is actually a later model wheel, how can i tell? ive added a pic of the steering column with the wheel removed from my 94 gtr & a pic of the wheel which came off my 89 gtr. can anyone explain the key differences between a 89 wheel & 94 wheel? is my wheel an early or late model? waxhead - does your early model wheel look like mine on the back of it?

hi jrm, before i buy the kit, do u think that ppc kit will repair this wheel? u can feel the divots in the wheel although they are not really dip gouges... the rest of the wheel is except for the top 1/4 of the wheel between say 12 o'clock & 3 o'clock

i agree - im keeping the lm gt1's & selling the dtm rush wheels with the red gtr

ok - i know that throttle body cleaner is incredibly strong when it took all the grime off my throttle bodies when i had them out, makes your fingers feel tingly as well which cant be good lol i'll try this & that kenco degreaser

paul - if i dump the rb26/30 in the red gtr, i can sell you my -5s?

i dont think it is an actual paint finish though as its raw plastic & doent scratch, you can feel that the plastic finish is different as well - has a rough grain in it
