Fixed it all up and problem didn't appear on 2 separate test drives. Seems to have worked! Thanks boys.

You should be fine to use sikaflex or some similar adhesive. Grab a caramel wheel to get it off when/if you want to get the sikaflex off. I used a wheel on (at least) 5 year old sikaflex that was hardened and it worked a treat. Bought mine for $15 off ebay.

So ripped open the AFMs. 1st one looked great. 2nd one, not sure if it was a bit broken or not. Have a look and let me know: The 2nd from left prong was a little folded back, so I pushed it back into it's place. I want to silicon seal it back up after I resolder all the connections before I put it back in to test the car. Is this what a dodgy AFM connection looks like though?

Hi all, So it seems my R32 GTR has presented me with another problem. Not sure if it's electrical or an easy fix. Anyway, this only started happening tonight after I gave it a bit in 2nd gear. So what happens now is that in any gear, the engine starts to stutter and will be give me momentary surges in power from 2k rpm up till 3k rpm. It's difficult to make the engine go over 3k rpm. There is quite a bit of jerkiness that comes with the stuttering and when I pulled over to let it idle the revs were hunting between 200rpm up to 1.5k rpm. I had my headlights turned off which solved the problem for a little while, but it's returned after I've just test driven it (headlights off again) to see if the problem would occur again. The car is basically undrivable when it's stuttering. Any ideas? No real mods. Stock everything.

Just in case anyone comes across this thread in the future. G sensor installed (was taken off an R32 GTS4, NOTE: R33 G sensor WILL NOT FIT). AWD fuse in the engine bay fuse box replaced. And we have AWD again.

Alright I'm an idiot. I didn't realise the ATTESA ECU doesn't flash unless the car is on Accessory.. 11 Flashes, which seems to be: Fore-and-aft G sensor 1 or circuit I'm going to try the G-sensor fix posted by datsun_1600 and see how I go. The pump has a sticker on it which says 'Apexera Co. Ltd' on it. 'Made in Taiwan'. And also an 'Open' and 'Close' up either end. I've tried playing around with it but nothing seems to change. Might give it another go tomorrow morning. Edit: I should also add the wires are for the cigarette lighters, but the end of the pump has a black cable that runs into the dash some place.

Hello, got an issue with my 32. ATTESA reservoir currently looks like this: I'm fairly sure the ATTESA pump is still working because it was about 1cm lower than the 'Min' mark, I turned the key to Accessory, I heard a buzzing and the fluid fell to about 2cm lower than the 'Min' mark. So I topped it up, took it for a drive. Did a few hard-ish launches on gravel and the rear kept sliding about. Front Torque gauge didn't move at all. Checked ATTESA ECU, no flashing. No AWD or HICAS lights on the dash. Also have this strange 'pump' kinda thing in the driver's footwell. I have no idea what it does, nor does the previous owner. Any help would be great.

I have some ricey looking skirts for trade if that floats anyone's boat.
