correct.....series 1 R33 AFM's (GTST) and RB20 AFM's are the same. Series 2 R33 and RB20 AFM's are NOT interchangable

what boost are you running? The colder temperatures might be enough to cause a slight increase in boost, enough for your coils not to be able to cope, or forcing the ECU into R&R mode. I had a similar problem with my car stalling but on any surface. No idea whether it was related, but I tightened my power steering belt (it was screeching for a few seconds on startup) and the problem has disappeared.

My car had a series 2 bar on it wheN i bought it (it's a series 1) It looked terrible IMO but if that's what you're after.... as well as the bar, you will need the series 2 reo bar. The series 1 and 2 reo bars are NOT the same (as I found out when I changed back to a series 1 bar) That's all you need really. All the bolt holes for the 2 bars line up in the same spots, but your headlights will protrude about 20-30mm past the top lip of the bar and the sides of the lights will sit in about the same amount.

I got one about a year ago from Nissan for ~$110, that was through a mate at tride prices though, so about $120

how do you know it's the radiator? have you located where the water is coming from? It could be the water pump, or even a welch plug...

I wasted ~$400 doing a bosch coil pack conversion and STILL had a miss at anything over 1 bar, even with a .6 plug gap. Eventually I sold the setup to recoup some of the outlay and got a set of splitfires.......haven't had a problem since. Splitfires can be had for <$550 delivered these days, so I don't see the point stuffing around with something that MIGHT work. Plus the external coils are a pain to mount in the engine bay and look messy.

try dismantling your AFM and re-soldering all the connections on the PCB

If this is the case...maybe see if you can borrow a set of splitfires for a day and gap your plugs to .8. I still had major issues with those bosch coil packs (if you're still running them?) and haven't had a hint of a miss since I got the Splitfires
