The Japanese only gt version had an sr20vet, 208kw. Better than the det with variable cam or something. Mum said time for a new car, so no fixing the x trail. Dads going to sell it to pickles or something.
-
I did think about it but the xtrail is east west 4cyl, so no room. sr20 4wd might fit. But i think il just change it over for a second hand qr or whatever it is. Sr20det will blow the box and driveshafts etc.
-
Dad somehow dropped the oil out of his x-trail and the engine is dead. So im going to change it for him. So... x trail forums for info and advice.... yay, advice from oldies in 4wds.

Dunno how they compare, (the rb20 box and the 34 box), but i can outshift my box with the standard length shifter. Basically you can shift faster than the synchros can handle and you get a little crunch. If r 34 is the same then theres really no point getting a short shifter. You can try it and see, also search the forums, thats how i found out about it.

The cheapest turbo yet......... http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/Turbo-Sound-Whistle-Exhaust-Pipe-Blowoff-Valve-Whistler-Muffler-BOV-Simulator-XL-/130975823627?pt=AU_Car_Parts_Accessories&hash=item1e7ec4770b

Yes i could delete one of those bovs. Hmmm.... dunno if its worth getting and putting on the forward plenum, its because i want to organize the engine bay a bit better, but i dont know if it will really help. It would eliminate the crossover pipe, and give me room behind the radiator again, but i think i wont be able to fit my engine damper, and ill have a bov stuffed down where there is already a few hoses and sht. Cant drive it, so im getting bored and want to do stuff to it. Plan to: get good headlight globes, put my new brake pads on, get some better seats, fix the heater for winter, move the oil temp guage, fix the window winder relay and switch, get a slimmer intercooler, get a new windscreen fitted and give the car a polish. And a tig welder, i want one for this pipe sht, id just make it from bits ive got

Looking for a pipe to fit a bov for front facing plenum.

Oh i hate how that happens, being careful then... some sht goes wrong and theres a great big scratch. Im so used to doing things the easy way too, its a totally different approach to do things with insurance. The only insurances i use are chassis stands and have a fire extinguisher handy.

Its ready to go. Heatgun also available.

***first Unofficial Cruise 2015***

Mmm... i often think about how much time ive wasted on computer games. They are good for entertainment, like an alternative to watching tv. But i spose Skylines is as pointless as gaming. We do it because we enjoy it. -
Trojan have a 32 GTR wrecking. I think the boot and spoiler are on it and front guards. John the legend sold me some trims out of it for cheap as.

A red road flare from a 32 GTR kickpanel, and a speaker cover from a 32 GTR drivers door. Free to 32 GTR owners.

My electric bike, a modified Schwinn Hornet: Im planning to paint the red rim and red bit on the forks in back. I think a vintage style seat would be good too. And different bars, though i havent seen the right ones yet. Controller in where the drink holder was. Drink holder sounds cool but is really stupid. Made torque arms for both sides. The top of the reversed rear rack is secured so... The Ratfink is a very well made bike for a chopper, usually they are total crap to ride, but this one is real nice. The attention to detail is very good. It has a custom seat, some cool framework (all alloy), mega long chain and guard, wild rear dropouts and dice valvecaps. Also managed to pick up an old HD saddlebag for $10, it had a small hole from the previous owner sliding down the road, but it is in good nik, only fits the Ratfink, because on a normal bike its too close to the pedals. Ps: anyone notice a common theme? I just realized when i looked at my post.

I have a computer again, its cheap and nasty but it works. Photos of the bike when i get it working with the camera. Ahhhhh... Havent been able to smiley face on the tablet.

Do a bike project. Cheaper, easier, needs less space. And because its a bike you can do quite radical mods legally. I always wanted to do a Cobra, but they are so expensive.

Is fashion the expression of vanity? If so, im quite vain about bikes, moto or push.

No no its all good. Talking about stuff is fine, punching people isnt. The last time i hit someone was in highschool, and when he cried i just felt like a total knob. Nothing good ever comes from that kind of thing. Also i grew up in a tough neighbourhood where you could get bashed for looking at someone. Not much fun. Replica vintage bike.... its a schwinn hornet with low bars and an electric rear hub. I managed to mount the battery inside the frame rather than on the back rack. Next i want forks with triple clamps and a disc brake, so it stops better, but mostly cos it will look more like a motorbike. My computer is dead so no photos, just google images for " retro electric bike " and you will see some cool bikes. Electric bikes enable us to ride something that looks cool, that would be terrible without the assistance, like cruisers and choppers etc. No more must we suffer for fashion.

Its cool im ok with people talking about stuff. Its interesting the difference with people that grew up with internet, and us that didnt. We are careful about what we say lest we get a punch in the mouth from the guy standing next to us. The next generation are free to express how they feel at any moment, like Anfanee. Im getting better at it, had some chance to say some jokes that no one gets and be a cheeky smart ass. Its nice to express yourself. I enjoy people like Anfanee, because he is expressing every thought, and holding nothing back, its very honest, and i get to know him just by reading. ps... Vintage electrobike is operational, i need to work out how to load photos from my tablet, as the computer is dead.

Thats nice, but i dont have a license to drive cos they took it away. Am i being treated unfairly?
-
No, your wrong. I wish it was like you say, but it isnt.
-
So... $920 new. You tightass. Whats a rebuild worth? Id pay $50 at most, and i want one cos i have an rb20.
-
Im ordering an electric kit fot the bike. I will fly past the lycra crowd on my chopper.

Cos i cant go 3 years without losing a point for something, so eventually i run out. If you can, they reset your points.
