hey inasnt, i know you think i might not know much about cars, i hope you didnt come to that conclusion just becasue im running premium with a c16 tune, i might be a little neive but im not stupid when i had the tune done i made sure it wasnt tuned to its peak just incase of situations like these were i could run optimax or premium unleaded if C16 wasnt available, ( which it wasnt). so conclusion being, i ran 11.5 still with traction problems on prem unleaded, not at its maximum potential. :kick:

car was tuned forc16 fuel last week and run 11.6 major traction issues, this week had couple of litres of c16 left in tank and filled up on premium unleaded, still major traction problems, but i think i can do a little beter with some more practice.

im a skyline lover, more gtr's hen gtst( to many around like wrx's) but my veiw on this is, that, really not to be rude, but they both same shit stock,( i owned a 97 rex stock and never lost to a gtst) so untill the mods come out there is no point comparing, sorry my 2 cents.

was at the runs yesterday and adrian( 2rismo) noticed a sticker on the back of a gtst, WWW.SKYLINEAUSTRALIA.COM.AU thats how it was spelt exactly, but really i was wondering if the owner was on this forum and if so why he got the wrong sticker put on his rear window. :devfu:

yeah i was there, my best was 11.5 @ 120mph, got the new clutch but couldnt get the take off right, doesnt matteri was running most on bp premium so im happy with that for now, when i get used to the launches ill try again.

sorry to differ with you, but carbon fibre bonnets are made for gtst's and gtr's alike, not all gtst's have the wrap around bonnet. so youll have to look at each case indevidually.

how about tissues and some masking tape, should hold for a while. just joking. i once used a little 2 in hose the fit on the snout and on the other side try a 2 in bolt or something of the same size that can fit in the hose and clamp them both down, will hold very good permanently. but would get new pipes made eventually.
