Had the window been going down on a strange angle b4 that, i had the nylon roller break on me in the runners. Made up a new one b4 it put too much stress on winder motor. Also their may have been a loud bang if runner came out of balljoint. If not then i'd say ur motor is faulty. Cheers

Yeah clubman good to start in as rules have changed in regards to Rotax class keeping C Grade license holders at rear of grids even after their P's license. In clubman once off P's u can start in any grid order. (Just something to think about) But me i've gone from KT100s to Rotax, but like KEVWRX said rotax a bit sad below 4500rpm then whooosh. Leopard class is another 125 motor with a nice power curve which feels more like a clubman but twice the HP.

It's only the vents going through a test cycle. U get the same sound when you change vent direction to ur window or feet. Nothing to worry about.

Complete Compliance in Moorebank.

Get some 3mm MDF from Bunnings bout 1600mm wide( just measure) and some interior carpet also from Bunnings. Use the old parcel as a template and cut out with a Jigsaw. Used some Quik Grip glue to attach carpet to MDF( Get a tin and brush it on, cover all areas). Think whole lot cost me less than $40 and did it in a day.. Just be careful with jig around the vents as it can break easily when cutting!! :rave:

Happened to me aswell:rant: they snapped when i tried to undo the screws!!Was quoted $75 each from Nissan so decided to make parcel shelf instead. Anyhow hope u can find some as most either break or have holes in them for child restraint, u might be lucky??

Check radiator coolant sensor on bottom left side of radiator(green plug up top) Check with multimeter to see if u got a circuit. Mine has the same problem but havn't gone to Nissan yet to get a new one. (Just found out that sensor is actually for the electric fan,my mistake) :Oops:

Mine had same problem and i changed the radius rod bushes this evening. Problem solved!! Check for silicone grease under front of car, bushes split and leak it out.

You might have to run a new wire from Acc to provide +12V as the ECU may be switching Power wire instead of ground.

Yeah rims are 16x6.5,they have only driven from compliance w'shop to my home so 99% tread, Wheels have no gutter marks, Kumho ECSTA tyres 225/50/16

Pentae: Hope not, put clear coats on also to act as barrier so its gotta be a pretty major knock to get through those coats( 5 colour and 3 clear) sticks pretty well with the plastic primer so shouldn't peel.
