  1. Area under the curve is more important than top end power IMO, your car will be mental. That's why i designed my car the way i did. Even at my relative power level i find for street work, it's getting to the point the extra power is useless. I'm loving my current tune on 98, i can't wait to see it on E85 again.
  2. Oh yeah i was more talking about street work. TBH for a track dedicated car a single is the way to go 100%.
  3. I thought 5s wpuld be much higher on e85, considering theure 380+ on 98??? -5's will make 450+ on E85
  4. There are plenty of almost new 6262's for sale relatively cheap recently too...
  5. JEM reckon my car will make 350ish when i go back to E85, after i fix a couple of issues (that i told you about the other day Luke) Realistically if you want 400 -9's will struggle as well...you'll either need -5's or a nice single. considering a precision turbo is cheaper than -5's id just do that, get someone to fab you a manifold. In saying that i'm weighing up my options for my next turbo, because im a stubborn flamin mongrel and a but of a "purist" ill be sticking with 2 turbos.... If the motor is healthy you should be able to push around 350kw on E85 with the -7's. Spend the extra cash on the diffs, and enjoy. 350-400KW, Quaife front Diff, modified transfer case, nismo rear diff=ultimate street car IMO
  6. Turbo isn't the size of a small planet but the car is Sorry pigz, this car is going to be mental. When does it go up for the full tune?
  7. Yeah just drive and enjoy. When I was running mine on e85 it was a fantastic Street setup. Can't wait till I retune it again...
  8. Can confirm -7's go surprisingly well on e85. Push them till they go pop, then get a precision single.
  9. Mate 273.1KW... You are barely behind my -7's at full flight hahahahhaha
  10. #NOspunbearings. IS that the cheap quaife that was for sale on facebook recently?
  11. woot well done.... When going single?
  12. Oi Luke Swaps cluster, cash your way?
  13. #RIPAntz Glad to see you are saving this thing Luke. Was sad to see... Can i have the skirts? lol
  14. Pulled off the wipers and pulled them apart in prep for painting as well. Painted the rear one, yesterday. Whilst i was there i painted the bolts as well. Will re-assemble and put the rear one back on tonight.
  15. Would love a thread covering a "how to" spin bearings. Super keen
  16. Reminds me of something...
  17. Haha how kind of him! TBH i quite like the note of my current exhaust, realistically there is no reason to change it at this point. I currently have Stock dumps (lol)> Custom front pipes> HKS Super Dragger Realistically i could Just replace the dumps and be done with it until funds permit a full Ti system....
  18. So the turbos are going to have to come off again briefly.... Dump pipes and front pipes whilst im there? Me thinks. Will probably go HPI dumps, jut not sure on the front pipes. Undecided if i go all out Jap stuff @Piggaz hate begins, specifically a TI setup..... OR i go custom made here in Canberra. Though we have no one able to work with TI (to my knowledge, i have called the best shops here) in Canberra, so it would have to be stainless. The biggest issue i have at the moment is my love for titanium, but i'm also an old man and can't stand loud/droney cars. So that puts exhausts like the Tomei off my list. Leaning towards a fuji Super TI at the moment, as i really can't justify another $2,000 to go a mines exhaust. Eh i dunno.
