I've had my V35 for about a month now and i still haven't got my head around how the alarm works and it's very embarassing when it goes off in public.. Any help/tips how to prevent the alarm from going off would be greatly appreciated cheers

So last weekend i was driving to Airlie Beach to see family at around 7pm at night on the highway. I noticed a black Monaro fast approach me from behind, with high beams on driving like a f**khead. I tilted my rearview mirror and ignored him for a bit, then he pulled out and overtook me then slowed right down. The driver then put his window down and aggressively pointed to the side of the road telling me to pull over. At this point i was like "is there something wrong with my car, is he trying to steal my car, does he just want to chat about the car" I also noticed there was another person in the front seat so there was no way i was going to pull over driving by myself. So i put my foot down and passed him, but he quickly got up my arse again with highbeams. It stayed like this for another 20 odd km until i got into airlie where i tried to pretend i was going somewhere else by taking the wrong turn around a round about but he continued to follow me. At this point in time i was shitting myself, luckily i noticed the Police station to my left so i pulled in. Amazingly the guy followed me in, but i noticed in my rearview mirror he reversed and turned around and i actually ended up around the back of the cop shop in the lock up area so i was actually tresspassing but the cops were very understanding. Ideas?

Safe to say i've got one of the nicest P plater cars in Mackay apart from the fact that half the miners have SV6 utes and shit lol. Nah man i was at my girlfriends last night, me and dad heading out to the drags tonight though i will be taking the V35 but not racing

Yeah because it has on the paperwork i've got 210KW. I've got my 350GT debadged and i've only ever been pulled up once. First question "How many KW is this thing" haha..

Actually u know what i've got all the paperwork here to get an exemption to drive a high powered vehicle as i need one for work and it says 210KW with no power/weight ratio written here at all. Hmm....

Yeah i just did the calculation your actually right, the power to weight ratio is 133kw for the stock 350gt when the legal limit is 125 lol. I got pulled up and the cop asked me what the KW was i said 206 and he said yeah that's ok 210 is the limit so i dunno bro

Which state are you in? I'm in QLD and had numerous stops by police but never been fined because it's under the KW limit..

Yeah man i've listened to numerous sound clips of exhausts such as STILLEN, Fujitsubo, ARK, HKS and i still think that the Motordyne Shockwave's sound the best by far. I had a feeling shipping would be expensive, but i am happy to pay around the $2k mark for the perfect setup. If only we had some of these specialty stores in Australia better yet QLD..
