My whole extended greek side of the family lives in Figree, i see them every 2/3 weeks. Not in a Sky, but a BMW. Post up some pics of your car and I'll holla out if i see you one of these days!
My beemer has them. its a huge convience beaing able to work on the engine without having to worry about bumping the supporting rod.
Just a thought - What if theres a fire in the engine bay and you need to put it out urgently, it would be easier to pop the bonnet open straight away rather than to fiddle around for the stick, wasting precious time till your precious RB gets burnt
I believe that out of the R34 range, they came as standard on the GTR and was a option for all the other models. someone feel free to correct me if i'm wrong.
I've always loved the 808s/RX3s and pretty much all rotaries in general! take some proper pics of 'Black Betty' and post em up in a new thread!
oh. ermm.. yeh the small cars are nice too...
Well listen "sexy tool", GTRs arn't made for going in straight lines. GTRs strength is in the twistys. i can out brake, out manuvoure any holden, past or present. any tool can just floor the accelerator for 400m.
I was in France a few years ago and the taxi (c class merc) from the airport was doing 200km+, my dad got the shits and told him to slow down. (grumpy old barstard)
I've been checking the site for the past few weeks wondering when it was going to be updated. Give our (SAU) regards to Andrej, hoping for a full recovery. Good to see the projects steaming on ahead, especially GTR700! Love it! Keep up the good work and keep us here up to date!
YOU GO SON!
I really dont care anymore, instead of being mr responsible, from now on, im just gonna support em. if you can't have anything positive to say, join em!
I'm assuming this is a E36?
To post pics, just click on "go advanced" in the reply area and it should have a attatch images option.
If not, can you please send images to [email protected] ?
Thanks.
Just one of the first stories near the top of the SMH website. I sort of remember the crash, but form memory wasn't it a R33 GTSt that was rebadged a GTR? They were racing a civic? correct me if I'm wrong.
