Would it not just be the engine management? In other words does the PowerFC have the redline set to 9000-RPM? That is part of the engine tune is it not? … RacePace set my redline to 7500-RPM. So you are making 230rwkw’s on 13psi, you hope to make 250rwkws at 19psi? On the stock internals 19psi is not okay despite what you might hear. I mean its okay if you drive off boost with a soft foot but who does that? A 2530 is not a Trust T88 turbo, its designed for low boost applications. Also how long have you owned the car?

The tuner does not sound to cluey to me mate, I have a 25/35 and it made 233rwkw’s. I thought that was about the norm, plus I am only running 11psi. Why would you stress the shit out of the engine for a few more kilowatts? It’s a small turbo that is designed to make about 220~230 on an RB25. Running crazy boost like 17~18 psi on a standard engine and reving it out so far is only going to kill the engine and turbo in a hurry. Spinning the wheels is what HKS turbos do so get use to it

He needs tyres on the rims as well, I have had a few good offers. I am waiting to hear back fro m TuF32 and Jim. If anyone else has some stock rims with anykind of tyres and wants around $250 please PM me. Scratched rims will be fine!

I am after some cheap rims for a mate for an R32 GTSt. Basically I am after stock R33/R32 GTSt rims and don’t care about condition as long as they are usable. One of the after market rims he had has developed a crack that cannot be safely repaired. Any help would be much appreciated. I am after people in Melbourne so we can pick them up! Thank you - Steve

If you are only going to retun $50 I cannot ship the dump back

Okay “japp_imports” just rang me tonight at midnight to threaten me I believe. He tells me that if I do not let everyone know that this problem has been resolved he will fly down to Melbourne and pay me a little visit. I tried to tell him that he owes me $70 and I owe him a standard dump pipe but he wouldn’t listen. Then he tells me that he will refund just $50. I said okay give me $50 back; he then says I have to ship the dump pipe back to him which will cost $20. Therefore I am only getting $30 back, he then says $50 is nothing to him and it’s just the principal of the thing. I tell him the problem is not resolved and then he threatens again that he will come and visit me, I was not phased by this. He then says what he sent me is a header and not a dump pipe. He says the mistake was a 50/50 thing, nothing he said made much sense. The problem is NOT resolved and now it looks like I will have to involve the Police. I told “japp_imports” that it makes the most sense to reverse the transaction, is this not unreasonable. I asked for a header, I got a dump pipe, I paid $50 for the dump plus $20 for shipping, all of which was wired to japp_imports account. Now I want my $70 back and I will spend $20 of it getting the dump back to japp_imports which will leave me $20 out of pocket. This is a joke and “japp_imports” is positive that a dump pipe is a header. I told him not even Yahoo is that stupid and he said he didn’t care. I also told him we could do a poll in the forums asking if a dump is a header and he said he didn’t care. Bottom line is he knows he is wrong and how he is trying to scare me to resolve the issue in a way that will suit him. If you want “japp_imports” fly down and we can have a chat, I can even book you in at the local Police station.

Don’t give me that “OXYGEN SENSOR” bull shit again, I asked for the Header, you send the Dump Pipe, that’s just stupid. I should get the $70 back in full and I will send the dump pipe back. Either way I will be the one out of pocket and furthermore had no car for 2 weeks. I will add EXHAUST MANIFOLD to my vocabulary, if you work out the different between a DUMP PIPE and an EXHAUST MANIFOLD for me LOL
