the hoses on the front of the fuel rail and around the front near the fuel pressure regulator I had something similar after changing out my injectors... just look closely at all the connections

Guys, I understand that this is fairly close to home for some members of the forum. But could we please not use this thread as means of finding out more personal information on the gentleman involved in this terrible accident. I thank Brendan for the comments submitted to PerthNow, and how insensitive some members of the public can be. Can we please refrain from posting second / third hand information in regards to the circumstances of this accident on this forum. A RIP or my thoughts to the family and friends of the individual are more than welcome, but the he / she said etc etc will be removed. We do not need a SAU CSI team to investigate via proxy.
