Hey people, im in the process of selling my part in a restaraunt that i own.

Ive been looking for a while in getting into an Electrician Apprenticeship under a union company that works in Industrial. At the moment i may have a position in Acton as a 1st year, but havnt had much luck with anywhere else.

Just wondering what the best way to go about it is? ive been looking through job guides but havnt found too much, should i be looking somewhere else?

thanks heaps.

i meant talk to TAFEs to see if they can point you in the right direction to find jobs...they are often well connected in the industry...and some even have programmes to get you apprenticeships..

call a few and ask to speak to the electrical trade department..

I work for a group training company called VICTEC. They basically sub-contract you out to anyone that needs work, and I have been with the same company my entire apprenticeship.

They also offer pre-apprenticeships if you are interested. PM me if you are and I can give you the number
