does anyone know where i could get a set of piston rings for stock pistons in syd?

are there a higher quality set i could get?

this may sound stupid, but ive got a set of rb26 stock pistons with rings, is it possible to use them at all?

Nissan have them .

You are looking for trouble using second hand pistons for starters .

Do u know that the pistons are graded ? If you want to use your old pistons ( i wouldnt ) at least buy a new piston ( same grade as the old one ) from Nissan .

The rb 26 pistons you have will be lower compression.

They should be under $200 from Nissan , cheaper if you get aftermarket . You should get the whole set for 6 pistons and make sure you measure the used piston. You cant/ shouldnt use old rings on a honed bore . I must say you trying to cut corners and do it on the cheap so you may have to pull it out again shortly atfer to do it properly .
