wouldnt ignition cut give you more boost off the line from the extra fuel getting into the turbines?

IGN cut is safer for the engine.

If theirs no spark then theirs going to be nothing happening intil the plug fires again which is ms away.

If you cut fuel they may stil be enough fuel vapor in the cylinder to ignite which mostly can cause detonation...

remembering this is all happening at 7000rpm.

and where did this fuel vapour come from?

Because the stroke before the fuel cut stroke, has already burnt the fuel...

Leaking injectors? I don't think so, because if an injector can be accurate at 7000rpm and above, I'm pretty sure its going to be able to cut the fuel pretty damn accurately..

mythbusters ahoy, "FC Pro" sticker on the PFC case does not mean it's a PowerFC Pro unit

it means the unit can be tuned by apexi's power excel software - full details are added in the FAQ

so if buying a "Pro" unit, please check it via ETC, VERSION before
