Infringement Query

heya

received an infringment about 2 weeks ago and the deadline is on friday to pay

upon logging into the IPB website to pay, they said the infringement number wasnt registered and asks for an offence code and date

seems pretty dodgy and I dont want to lose my $$

i rang up the IPB and they have no clue either.. does it take this long usually? its been 16 days already and they provide u with 21 days

any suggestions?

Write a letter and send it today saying you tried to pay but it isnt registered on the system so the 21 days should not be affected by the oversight of whoever forgot to enter your notice onto the site

Call them up again. Usually pretty good. I spoke to them last time and they gave me an extension to pay and noted that I called them.

Maybe the person who issued you with it didn't record it somehow? ahem cough cough
