Recommendation? Find a local exhaust dude who knows what he's doing and save yourself the cash!!! Seriously.

Well I'm going to have to look a bit harder then at the locals. I went to Exhaust Technology here in Adelaide for a cat back system for my 33 & they wanted nearly a grand for mild steel! But I want stainless which from them (with a JunBL muffler) costs a whopping $1577!

I'm sure it's be a nice system if I had it done, but doubt it's really worth that much, even if they do use 309 (High Platnum they claim) stainless steel.

I've seen on NENGUN a Greddy Titanium system for less than $1200 delivered. Only problem I have is that I really want a twin pipe outlet. I'm yet to see a bolt on system that's twin pipe for a 33.

No, not suggesting that at all, find a local who knows what he's talking about, make sure you know what you're talking about and tell him what sound-style you're sorting after, just do the shop. Speaking from experience here.

yup yup~~ well I got to ask around in forum for other ppls opinion before I have an Idea what I'm talking abt~~..I don't have any friends who has these exhaust on...at all...

Mate, you wanted an opinion. I gave it to you, up to you what you do with it. Tell me what I am to gain from giving false or bogus information to people who are asking genuine questions and expecting genuine answers? Don't agree with what I have to say, fine no skin off my teeth Hmm? But why warrant a reply that's going to cause conflict when clearly nothing need be said? Is it to stir up petty bulls*it and ridicule those to whom you've asked their opinions? Or is it because you drive a magna?

Apparently personal experience accounts for nothing...

No need for the remarks mate. Try to be nice to the people whom you seek help.

Well, your opinion is…go to a shop and ask…and you must know what is going on..

I din’t say your comment is bogus...just that I don’t know what is going on and I don’t know which one is a good shop…so I had to ask in forums for ppls opinion… a while after I wrote the post someone was selling a second hand Blitz Nur spec…and since most ppl agreed that the xhaust is great and loud so I’m going for it…I’m not ridiculing your opinion

I appreciate your help on the Q45 TB and your opinion for the xhaust

Nyways this is off topic already .. I already got my answers .. thanks for help guys~~

If I was you (and i was in the same situation not too long ago) I would get an xforce 3" turbo back exhaust with 4.5" tip. I got it fitted for $990. Both the tip/cannon and the cat (high flowed) are stainless steel while the rest is mild steel. It sound very nice but is not too loud and gave a noticeable gain over the previous 3" cat back crap exhaust that was on before.

    • There's restrictor pills in the stock boost control hoses. That's how they set the amount that was bled off and hence the "high" boost setting. The usual mod in the day was to remove it and send the "high" boost setting up to about 14 psi.
    • Thanks Duncan, that's the best info I've read. Furthermore after learning about the PCM programming side controlling the factory boost solenoid, the purpose of the solenoid is to "bleed" boost when pin 25 is earthed, thus allowing spring pressure in the wastegate actuator to overcome diaphragm boost pressure, thus closing or reducing the position of the wastegate flap creating more boost as the turbo is able to spin faster. It's pretty cool to see a designated Pill to do exactly this, would have liked to have seen it with a tiny filter over the end for those moments in vacuum.  The constant bleed pill has now been removed completely from the system and solenoid boost control has been restored once again.   Case closed 😂
    • The wideband reading is meaningless if it's not running. Why are you using shitty old sidefeeds on any engine, let alone a Neo? What manifold and fuel rail are you using to achieve that? Beyond that, can't help you with AEM stuff as I've never been their ECU/CAS combo.
    • Manual boost controllers (where a little of the boost was bled off) were quite common back in the day, because they were cheap and easy. Generally they had a manual adjustment screw rather than being fixed like yours. Down side is they always bleed boost, not just when you want them to so an electronic boost controller that uses a solenoid will have less lag.
    • Hello , im new here and i have A31 home build  RB25det neo stock eng / turbo  aem ems 2 blue connector  aem 3.5 map aem cas disk aem wideband connected to ecu  355 lph pump 550 nismo yellow injectors side feed aftermarket regulator  and won’t start with base aem tuner basic tune eventually flipped cas 180 degree so it triggers on correct stroke not in exhaust cycle  Now it won’t start Wideband reads 10 and 11 at lowest fuel setting  and will share calibrations soon for aem tuner i think something is wrong in aem tuner    please if you have any information, am very grateful
