Odo Not Working On New Cluster

Hey,

I bought a nismo 320km speedo cluster thing for my GTR from someone on these forums. They said it was working perfect etc...

I got it about a month ago but haven't had a chance to install it until now. I put it in tonight and everything seems to work except for both the odometers... stuck exactly on 27,000 and 0 for the resetable one..... Its pretty straight forward to install - 3 plugs at the back, before i go back to the person i bought it from and ask for a refund any suggestions/simple fixes?

All the lights, tacho/speedo/oil pressure/fuel gauge work perfect, just the ODO won't move

You might need to open up the speedo unit - check for a broken tooth or 2 on the odometer gear drive.
