Hey guy's

My car's been off the road since last june and within the next 3 months i'm planing on getting it back on the road.

My question is this, since my car's been off the road for so long, do i need to buy a new battery(current one has died) and change the oils for the engine, gearbox and raidiator flush or anything else?

I don't want my engine getting damaged when i'm driving it around getting my car fixed ect.

My car is also due for a major service, but i wanna get it roadworthy ect. So i can drive it to the mechanics for the service.

Any advice appriciated.

Thanks.

your oil should be fine but i'd look into priming your oil pump to build up pressure before starting it up (feed oil via your pressure switch and crank a few times before starting it). and you'll find that your battery wont charge so i'd go for a new battery too.

goodluck with it mate.
