Well we're hoping to have at the very least some air tools (particularly the rattle gun)

Thanks for the information, will get it sorted closer to the time.

If not, then it's generator time, there's one in the back of the truck anyway :(

I am very interested but also very poor at the moment ;)

Although it wouldn't cost as much this time, last track day I ended up spending close to 1k...but then again I had to get new tyres and fix my car and all those one off costs.

I will think about it over the weekend and decide then :)

Very interested..

so whats the actual price so i can book in..

Members price will be about $140-150. Non members price likely to be another $10 on top of that.

You do need a CAMS L2S licence which costs $85 for a year but a number of you will already have these.

Woohoo more skylines to chop chop..... j/k's ;)

Ahahahah thought i would throw that comment out there to start the banter.....

same with you adam... I was driving with the handbrake on last time to give you a chance.. but I think I might lose it this time.

Considering the Cefiro is a track 'virgin' should be interesting....but non the less Lizzy wizzy girl, i will be hunting you down!! A few dead legs before you jump in the car, could in order....

The car should be setup good, has the goodies to the trick, stripped, cage, suspension, power, semi's.. just needs a decent driver.... LOL

BRING IT ON!!

BBRRRRRR its cold in here.... there must be some skylines in the atmosphere.....

oh dear that was so so sad.... *sigh*

BWA, you've already paid for most stuff you would need including the licence so it will be much much much cheaper this time round.

Entry fee, petrol, food, maybe an oil change afterwards which wilch will happily fulfil. haha I'm so funny.

DIF, it will be great to get another girl out there. We're slowly evening up the numbers. Entry fee + $85 for L2S licence (which is an annual fee not every time), about $30 for the fire extinguisher or borrow one off someone, then get your car ready and race.

Best for me if you all pay CAMS directly. You have to be a member of SAU NSW Club to get one. CAMS will check with us when they go over your form. Details are all on the form linked to in the first post.

Handbrake or no handbrake - wont change much either way

Ando, I know I said it's a safe track but please try and stay on the track!

    • I am yet to see anyone ever regret a quaife or helical. ...other than drifting/skidpan duties. I kind of want to upgrade my factory helical with a Quaife (but really it's not ultimately that different, and is a MASSIVE UNDERTAKING), that's how good the hype is about them, that I want to try them 'just to see'
    • D2 and Ksport are essentially the same thing and basically just generic Taiwanese manufacture. Better than ChinaBay crap, but... not top shelf. Öhlins have got to be some of the best dampers around, so likely to be a good option. It's going to get to the point though where I suggest you buy from Oz. We have at least 2x excellent options here. If I were you though, I'd be talking to KW about doing something for the R33. There's bugger all difference between that and the 32. In GTR land, anyway.
    • KW only offers a set for the R32 GTR. Popular options are D2 racing, Ksport or Öhlins. I have a D2 Racing coilover set, though I don't know for sure which one.
    • Well, the good news is you have more than one very good option for new coilovers in and around your country. Worth the drive over to KW to talk about GTR stuff.
    • Fair enough, I am in no way a tire expert so I'm not familiar with all the terms and conditions. I'll definitely note down the AD09 to potentially try in the future. Rain is not too big of a concern for now as I will probably only drive in the rain when I have to. And considering I still lack experience driving the GTR I'd more than likely take it easy too. I have coilovers in the car but as I barely got to drive so far I never bothered to even check if they are adjustable haha. The suspension is almost entirely old and worn as well so I suppose when I eventually fix that in the future that would make a huge difference.
