after severing all 5 studs and loosing a wheel in the most bizaar accident ive ever seen, ive managed to get this far:

Ive replaced the studs and at the stage of attaching the clover disk to the drive shaft. Everytime I push it in the shaft back slides back in. Im not to comfortable beating the crap out of it. So im hoping to grab some advice of some people who have done this before.

Any advice would be good. Im about to cry as it has taken me a week to get this far.

Are you saying that the drive shaft does not slide into the hub fully (clover disk in your terms)?

If this is the case, there should be splines on the shaft that line up with the hub, check that they do when you slide it back together.

Try using the search function 'Changing wheel studs' There are a few DIY Tutorials on this
