I dont know!

They caught the people after the fact in their car after a short chase! The cops were given the numberplate by a witness who gave a statment saying he saw the people in the car with xxx xxx number plate jump out and jimmy the lock and start rummaging through the car, the crooks then admitted to being in posession of our stuff and they admitted to being in our car cause they told the cops that they had our permission to take the faceplate. We then said that no one had such permissoin (who would give someone permission to damage their car getting in...wouldnt we have given them the keys?)

So im not sure waht the prints will prove..they already placed them selves in the car, they admitted it!

Anyway you would think this is an open and shut case but apparently not

ahh man thats ghey, hope you get it all sorted out bud.

RUF *drowl*

rb20 limiter is higher then a stock rb25 isnt it?

well my car is done but the police expect me to pay the $270 towing bill and be happy about it...letter to the minister coming up

what!! i wouldnt pay it man.

was it your 32?? or 33?

Think pumped N/A track built motor, think stupid cam size’s, think somewhat biggish webers for a street car, think duel 3.5inch exiting exhaust's on each side, think foot long + flames out each bank coming off wide open throttle.

Was a fun, fast car. However was "rough", for a RUF. Was a driver's car. Dads current one is nothing more then a fat stock brokers car. I think he is getting old.

Are you f**king serious, take the people who broke in to small claims.

Im thinking the police department will pay

A. it was their fault because the fingerprinter was not available

B. it was their fault cause their tow truck was not available

C. they told me it would have to go to the impound, they didnt give me any other option

32

f**k

There is nothing like a hard tuned N/A porsche....mmmm...

A strongly worded letter will fix this :spank:

For sure, I actually don’t like the sound of turbo Porsche’s as much (as do most 911 nuts). It’s weird, seeing most cars sound better? In turbo form.

Something about a hot as N/A flat 6 note, in fact most N/A euro’s make me froth with there exhaust notes.

    • Thanks Duncan, that's the best info I've read. Furthermore after learning about the PCM programming side controlling the factory boost solenoid, the purpose of the solenoid is to "bleed" boost when pin 25 is earthed, thus allowing spring pressure in the wastegate actuator to overcome diaphragm boost pressure, thus closing or reducing the position of the wastegate flap creating more boost as the turbo is able to spin faster. It's pretty cool to see a designated Pill to do exactly this, would have liked to have seen it with a tiny filter over the end for those moments in vacuum.  The constant bleed pill has now been removed completely from the system and solenoid boost control has been restored once again.   Case closed 😂
    • The wideband reading is meaningless if it's not running. Why are you using shitty old sidefeeds on any engine, let alone a Neo? What manifold and fuel rail are you using to achieve that? Beyond that, can't help you with AEM stuff as I've never been their ECU/CAS combo.
    • Manual boost controllers (where a little of the boost was bled off) were quite common back in the day, because they were cheap and easy. Generally they had a manual adjustment screw rather than being fixed like yours. Down side is they always bleed boost, not just when you want them to so an electronic boost controller that uses a solenoid will have less lag.
    • Hello , im new here and i have A31 home build  RB25det neo stock eng / turbo  aem ems 2 blue connector  aem 3.5 map aem cas disk aem wideband connected to ecu  355 lph pump 550 nismo yellow injectors side feed aftermarket regulator  and won’t start with base aem tuner basic tune eventually flipped cas 180 degree so it triggers on correct stroke not in exhaust cycle  Now it won’t start Wideband reads 10 and 11 at lowest fuel setting  and will share calibrations soon for aem tuner i think something is wrong in aem tuner    please if you have any information, am very grateful
    • Legend. I ended up finding the facebook account of the owner of the first car i sent but sadly he deactivated the account. I think you’re right in saying it’s some sort of well done custom job. Really appreciate your help anyways.
