I just saw the latest ignition street dvd, and the Launceston hot scene was on it. I'm not sure if it's improved Tassie's image or not.

There was a nice R32 GTR with a HKS T51, anyone seen it round before?

Yep. The GTR used to belong to a guy down here. Willams Racing Developments.

T51R kai, 447kw! Not a bad bus at all!

Have watched this DVD and I agree with SAVMAN ............so funny! and the guy on the back of the ute on a bike at the end of the clip......hello ravo! :(

at least all the holdens and fords were screened out in the final cut! :D

that GTR has a tough motor....very nice.

but there was so many neons, crome, and sparkly paint I thought I was having a epileptic fit! through the clip! hahahahaha

.........fluffy pink boot.......hummmm not my cup of tea!......but it did match the pink sprayed engine!

well if the miners didn't put tassie on the map .....the DVD did! :P

It is now in lots of little bits after a little accident on the midlands and the police going over it a little closer :(

Not a bad car but was pretty rough when you went over it closely.

And im still not beliveing the power figures that it was supposed to have :D

My 2cents with ignition (dont take offence if our a ricer) it really isn't my scene, i can thinking of about 100,000,000 other things to spend money on before i was to make a little sh!t box front wheel drive car look all shiny, glittery and pretty :D

Cheers GMB

All the shiny, glittery and pretty cars were all those f**kers wanted to put in they're pansie-ass video.... they didn't want any real cars. Still, it makes us look a little weak tho. I still think it's funny as that hardly anyone went.... hahaha!

    • Yeah I made that post way too early, sorry I must have assumed it was bad because it's a 20+ year old thrashed shitbox lol. It was just a loose exhaust bolt.
    • Like others have said, drop the power to give your drivetrain a % of reliability until you can up the drivetrain reliability  It isn't rocket science, build power to the weakest link with a % of safety Whilst upping the the reliability of the drive train is costly, there's no point in having the engine make big power if it keeps eating the drivetrain....ask me how I know, I had the tow truck on speed dial for a few years, and I spent huge amounts of money fixing issues and breakages that really would have been cheaper in the long run if I did it right the first time Me, I like a nice sized fudge factor, that keeps me off the tow truck
