Hi guys,

Not a Skyline but still a Nissan

I have a 1996 Nissan S14 up for sale, or I'd consider a swap for a Trueno/Levin + cash, depending on all conditions of the vehicles.

I'm the third owner in ten years. I bought it in early December 2005 muchly stock (boost gauge, stock boost, engine damper). It hasn't been thrashed or flogged around, I can't afford to crash it or hit someone else.

At the moment it drives around on low boost 8.5psi. It's been tuned and mechanically looked after by Justin at RXEngineering, Newcastle, with a safe 200rwkw 14psi using the Microtech LT-10s ECU. I recently had it compression tested (143 across the board) and detuned to 190rwkw to improve fuel economy with the recent petrol price rises  I have dyno sheets from both 200rwkw and 190rwkw retune :D

I bought it with 183,524 kms on the clock; it has just turned over 190xxxkms. I haven't driven it much since it turned over 190xxx, just been sitting, washed and waxed, in the garage.

I've serviced it three times since buying it - oil with Motul semi-synth and filter with genuine Nissan filter.

I had the gearbox oil changed at 188xxx kms with Redline Shockproof.

Asking price: $14,900 neg.

Contact: either PM me here or SMS 0419 300 485.

Location: Newcastle, NSW

Oh, and I also have a set of PIAA Rozza JP deep dish rims on it at the moment (can see them in some of the pics).

18x9 +17 front

18x10 +5 rear

If the buyer is interested I'll sell them with the car for a bit extra (stockies still included), otherwise I'll sell them seperately for $2500. They really keep the car on the road, 10" wides, and makes it look much phatter

When I first bought it...

Thanks guys!

All PMs replied :)

The car isn't driven anymore, it's parked in my garage all washed and waxed and waiting for someone to come love it :(

Bumpskies :D

Had a few lookers but not much other than that. But it's always nice to meet people interested in cars.

The 200SX is still for sale, and the price is still negotiable :D

    • Hello!  i just finished manual swaping my r34 skyline with a r33 rb20de box(RB71C)box  When the car is running it squeaks crazy loud and it was smoking from the gearbox area. The gearbox is fine it was tested. The clutch slave cylinder seems like it doesn't fully releases the clutch. I want to ask if this noise is from the throw out bearing or could it be the clutch assembly or disk att.xFliq87Gzw6kImKBVqDebXkj0fBqymk0JaYeP3_3SlM.mp4
    • A few small updates since the previous post and lessons. I decided to do a little interior light upgrade on the 110. I quite like the iilumo items, even if they're a bit of a premium over other brands. You'll also note the Stedi Fogs, that will go into the S15 fog lights as I needed to match the bulbs since I got the new ones earlier. I hope they fit as the body is quite a bit longer than your normal bulb.  Annoyingly, I managed to trip the fuse, which normally wouldn't be an issue until I located the fuse. I can't say I've ever come across this. I had lucked out that someone nearby had a spare, but oddly enough Toyota dealerships seem to keep this in stock. I ordered some to keep in my stash and as luck would have it, someone else nearby tripped the same fuse so I passed on the favour.  I also did a little service on the 110 ahead of some additional work coming up. It's been annoying that Goleby's stopped carrying this particular HKS filter for the 110, so now I need to keep them on order from Japan. I also took the opportunity to install a bash plate and number plate riser. The plate riser is such a cheap but nice fix to help really tidy up the car. I'm tempted to now also replace my headlights, on this car. Both items were from Project Aero.    I also needed to replace the rear tyres on the 110, and after trying to get it aligned learnt that I need to replace some bushes in the front end, so that's next.  Closing out this update with a nicer picture as always!
