If built:

what brand pistons are in it?

what brand rods are in it?

when was it rebuilt?

who rebuilt it and where?

was it crack tested? balanced? or bluprinted?

what sort of new bearings were used?

do you have the receipts for all the above?

if stock:

how many kms have the engine done?

and where are you located?
