ok i have recently crahed my r32 Gts-t and wondered what my options are and what people are willing to offer. this is definately not certain as im hoping it is not a write off. basically i went over a small wall and f**ked my front left up. suspension is f**ked and the top of the chassis rail is grinded a bit. not sure if there is any other damage.

so yeh what would u think it is worth as a package, and how much could i make in sell the wreck it and sell off parts?

need to know my options.

cheers

In my experience mate, it's always worth more selling it off for parts than a complete damaged vehicle - it all depends if you can be f*cked selling it all off bit-by-bit...

Having said that, PM me if you do, I'll want most of your interior if its tidy... :P

just jap seems to offer 4k flat for damaged r33 gtsts with good engines. I know because 2 of my friends wrote there's off.

I suppose an r32 would be worth around 2.5-3k from them.

If you can be bothered to part it off, you might get a bit more than that.

This is the For Sale section.

Please post a PRICE you are after.

Pics, details of whats damaged etc

This is not a "what should i do with it" section, thats General Discussion

Cheers

yeh sorry, i was just after some interest and offers to see whether i would sell as a package or seperately if it came to it as i was given dodgey info towards the damage of my car. car is not going to be for sale, damage to chassis ended up being nothing more than a few scratches after taking it somewhere else.

i was f**ked around by affiliates of the crash repairer and was told it was a write off, which i found out was just them trying to get me to sell the car to them (which we kind of knew) and the damage turns out to be nothing more than a few grand to fix.

so yeh sorry for not responding, i thought this thread died ages ago so i didnt bother to inform u guys earlier of the decision.

    • So, version 4 intake is on its way I was looking at these a while ago but at around $200 or more it was a little pricey for something that might not work, but, I had it in my watch list, but, I got a message saying it was on special, and I had a code thingie to use, it eventually came in at $120 delivered, so BAM, BUY NOW.....LOL I'll need to have a look when it arrives but I feel it will "look" better than what I currently have, as it comes with a PCV fitting, so I will be able to get rid of the alloy pipe that goes to the throttle body with the PCV fitting  Well, that's what the voices in my head are telling me  Oh, and this happened today Yeap, it was a Trojan, and it was cheap, so I headed back to the hardware store and actually spent a little bit more on a heavy duty,  one that was actually recommended by a plumber mate, a Cyclone one with a fibreglass handle that is actually rated for clay The broken shovel will eventually be "modified" into a short handle shovel
    • When you pulled it off, there is no signs of blown head gasket? Is it possible you have some other issues going on? Possible cracked blocked? Or do you think it's straight up lifting the head? Did you check what the head was torqued to before pulling it down (To see if possibly they're stretching, or starting to break threads out etc)?
