ey Guys!

I'm selling these 17" rims that came with my car. They're Jim Head Racing rims, really light weight japanese rims. They have brand new tread (i mean brand new, have been on there for only a few months).

Fronts = 17x9x45

Offset of +30

Rubber width 235

Rears = 17x10x40

Offset of +35

Rubber width 255

Stud pattern = 5x114.3 so suitable for the usual R32/33/34/S14/S15/Z32 etc etc

Tires on the wheels are brand new Nangkang Ultra Sport NS-II. Paid around $800 for the rubber so this is a bargain price for these wheels.

Tread is 90%+ as shown in the picture.

They're in pretty good condition, one wheel has a few scratches as shown in the pictures. Nothing major really.

I've only ever seen 1 other skyline with these wheels, so you can be sure you'll have original rims that are pretty rare.

Price: $850 negotiable.

Location: Canberra, ACT. Will post, buyer pays shipping.

Edited by Mr Italy!
could we fit 255 fit on the frount wheels due i want to know if they would fit a r33 gtr

you can easily fit a 255 on the front 9inch rim.

But with a gtr its best to keep both rim width and tyre width the same all round. as in this case the rears are 10inch...

pretty good price though!

dude dont be open to offers lol they are awesome rims and great price good luck finding this widths at this price

Haha thats what i thought, but people seem to be sleeping on them - they're awesome wheels and an absolute bargain in my oppinion.

Ahhh good old 10" wide rears, love the traction :)

Who said an extra inch on the rears was all that bad? :)

And yes, you should be able to fit 255's on the fronts if you wanted to, effectively making the tire widths same front and back.

How heavy is:

1. Front wheel with tyre

2. Rear wheel with tyre

Do the front wheels scrub against the guard on full lock being 17x9" wide? on a R33 gts25t?

Front wheel with tire is 20kg.

Rear wheel with tire is 22kg.

Nope when i had them on my car they didnt scrub on full lock. And yes this was an R33 Gts-t.

Nice wheels man, if only my clutch didnt give up on me now i could of bought them off ya , if you still have them around in like a couple of months i would buy them of ya lol but i dont think that will happen

shyr33 - thats fair enough, these things happen - i just installed my front mount and wanted to stop modding for a while... then my coilpacks shat themselves so more money must be spent, its a never ending cycle... but its fun so i dont mind too much :)

Wheels are still for sale guys, they didnt fit on the stagea that came out this morning!

PM, email or call - i dont mind!

    • Hello!  i just finished manual swaping my r34 skyline with a r33 rb20de box(RB71C)box  When the car is running it squeaks crazy loud and it was smoking from the gearbox area. The gearbox is fine it was tested. The clutch slave cylinder seems like it doesn't fully releases the clutch. I want to ask if this noise is from the throw out bearing or could it be the clutch assembly or disk att.xFliq87Gzw6kImKBVqDebXkj0fBqymk0JaYeP3_3SlM.mp4
    • A few small updates since the previous post and lessons. I decided to do a little interior light upgrade on the 110. I quite like the iilumo items, even if they're a bit of a premium over other brands. You'll also note the Stedi Fogs, that will go into the S15 fog lights as I needed to match the bulbs since I got the new ones earlier. I hope they fit as the body is quite a bit longer than your normal bulb.  Annoyingly, I managed to trip the fuse, which normally wouldn't be an issue until I located the fuse. I can't say I've ever come across this. I had lucked out that someone nearby had a spare, but oddly enough Toyota dealerships seem to keep this in stock. I ordered some to keep in my stash and as luck would have it, someone else nearby tripped the same fuse so I passed on the favour.  I also did a little service on the 110 ahead of some additional work coming up. It's been annoying that Goleby's stopped carrying this particular HKS filter for the 110, so now I need to keep them on order from Japan. I also took the opportunity to install a bash plate and number plate riser. The plate riser is such a cheap but nice fix to help really tidy up the car. I'm tempted to now also replace my headlights, on this car. Both items were from Project Aero.    I also needed to replace the rear tyres on the 110, and after trying to get it aligned learnt that I need to replace some bushes in the front end, so that's next.  Closing out this update with a nicer picture as always!
    • Yeah mate, never miss it.
