1986 Skyline Gxl

Picked up a hire trailer on the weekend and it blew my hazard lights fuse and my speedo, indicators and reverse lights have stop working. Can any one tell me what would cause this problem and what relay may have shorted out and are there any hidden relays. How do I check relay to see if they still work?

Try simply replacing the blown fuses.

I would also be checking the wiring to the car's plug to make sure it doesn't have something like a power (eg tail lights) connected where earth should be.

Thanks, I already replaced the fuse and the wiring to the plug is correct. I will need to check the relays one by one
