Guesty Greddy plenum is alloy, you will need to get it polished not chrome dipped. Im only in ferntree gully so it's like the next suburb over. With polishing do i have to maintain it every so often or anything? any idea on costs? SXR
you would be looking between 150 - 200 you would need to maintain it once every few months if you want it to look good. TurboX
Often wondered if after getting something pro polished wether it would be an advantage to spray it with totaly clear plastic circuit PCBoard spray that is fairly hardy stuff and pretty cheap. Should stop the polish from dulling off over time I would think. Anyone tried this? djr81
Have a look in the phone book under electro platers. They can zinc/chrome/cadmium plate most things. Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/125745-chrome-dipping/#findComment-2325995 Share on other sites
