I would like to put a twin exit exhaust system on my car, with a muffler or at least tip on each side of the bumper, similar to the m3's

Seems like i need a purpose made muffler like this

..or this system for a 350z

Or on the same site they had this, which i thought was an interesting take on it..

I know i could just slap a fake piece of pipe on the other side but i want it to be functional, so basically

what ideas/comments does everyone have??

Is there enough room in the back of a 33gts to mount twin mufflers and associated piping?? (as i would think if i needed the purpose made muffler like in the second pic i'd have to order it from overseas and thats going to cost)

Does anyone have a system like this on their car?

Could it be done for less than $1000??

Cheers :(

no idea.. maybe thats for n/a cars that need backpressure, not turbos??

Besides i cant see the difference between 2 or even 4 smaller holes and one huge 4.5in one like with some cannon mufflers. Hopefully someone on the forums will have some ideas on this.

Im getting a split system made up for my nissan stagea, a custom kit similar to the 350Z item, but with the one pipe from the cat going into the muffler, one pipe coming out, which then splits into two with a t-piece. Much cheaper than the muffler/splitter used in 350Z systems. should be done by end of next month, so if you are still looking around for one, ill have pics and such up by then, as well as a price. will be a cat back system.
