You may want to mention that this modem will only work on Telstra Bigpond cable and no other cable providers.

You may also want to mention that the modem may not able to be used depending if telstra has closed your account which therefore means that the signal from the modem maybe blocked as I do know once you've left bigpond and have closed the cable account, they block any modems from old users being used on their network.
