Passing Dickson - Need Child Restraint Brackets 0_0

I got knocked back on not having any child restraint anchor point brackets @ Dickson

It seems I have the bolts underneath the parcel shelf that the brackets go onto, but not brackets on top of the parcel shelf...

I think that the aftermarket speakers may be preventing any to be installed too.

Can anyone help me out with installing these to pass Dickson, or are there any places in Canberra that will put them in for me?

yea they are required for inspection i have not seen one car though that has them in once they have passed inspection. they are literally a piece of metal in a you like shape sort of like the diagram below
