I got a silver R33 and the engine bay looks more silver then that even in photos... even compare the contrast of the crossover and plenum, the darker areas of the engine bay look white... but u may be right... :)

'Even in the photos' what else is there to see besides the photos, its not like you've seen it in person. For disbelievers I shall take more photo's when I find some batteries for the camera.

series 1 also had air bags in 95. i know this cause i had a series 1 and it had an air bag! series 1.5 had abs

Technically there is no real 'series 1.5', I was just saying that the car is a late model 95. As for abs it was optional in all 95 model cars and did not come as standard equipment, also saying that having abs is not an advantage, it inhibits maximum braking situations and just adds weight and clutter to the engine bay.

is you car still for sale how do i get in contact with you bout it i want to come have a look.

Still for sale, I’m available early next week as I’m fairly overrun with uni work this week. As stated I’m located in Toowoomba and willing to meet you half way if you live in Brisbane or something. My contact no is 0421796784

    • Unsolicited advice? Keep the engine as close to stock as you can. Nothing wrong with adding some boost and making a little more power, but given where you are, you really don't want to try to make it into a monster. I can't imagine the roads are up to it, and the lack of locla support when it grenades will be a ball ache. FWIW, If there is a dyno around that you can access, then brand new injectors are a good idea, which will lead you to (at least) putting a Nistune in it, which will allow you to put an R35 AFM on it, all of which will make it possible to make it much much nicer to drive and live with.
    • List all of your mods. It sounds like an aftermarket ECU hitting rev limiter. Like a valet mode, or a cold rpm limiter?
    • @Kapr Haha yeah thats the one. I missed that you had a built up engine, I wouldn't want to run it on there either then. It was good in my situation just to replace the original turbo on a stock engine. @MBS206Yep definitely not a replacement for anything name brand
    • You are selling this? I have never bought something from marketplace...i dont know if i trust that enough. And the price is little bit "too" good...
