Can My 33 Take The Pressure!

Hey guys how are ya. I have a bit of a problem at the moment. Some bloke at my local turbo shop thinks he can upgrade my standard turbo on my R33 GTS-T and my car will then put out about 310kw. Since im only a newbie in this area im not sure if it's safe to do.

He said to me that my engine would be able to cope with the stress even without any other mods.

Is he full of shit, or is he for real?

do you mean he is going to put a bigger turbo on your car? and everything else kept stock? if that is the case 310hp yes (if the ecu is also changed), 310kw no.
