Damn Noises

Hi recently my stupid timing belt flew off while the car was running and i snapped 2 valves in my engine. I replaced those valves and then started it up and it had a ticking noise. Eventually the ticking noise went and then i drove it around a bit and all of a sudden my car over heated and started stalling. Then since then it is making a hobering noise when the car warms up after starting. The noise isn't constant just on and off but noticable. What could this noise possibly be??? I assume it is from when the timing belt flew off what other damage could of it done??? It is a skyline r33 gtst.

Sounds like a blown head gasket, were the surfaces perfectly clean when you reassembled, and the head bolts torqued, what head gasket did you use?Were all the valves checked, how were the pistons?I would start with a compression test.Did you bleed the cooling system after you did it?
