Took a few pics yesterday of this beast :O

What a beautiful car!! The photo shoot was a spur of the moment thing.

No sun when we arrived, then the sun came out of know where and then it started to rain.

Then my lens got a little wet and photos came blured, as i didnt have my cleaning kit..

To top it off my brand new circ. polarizing filter broke the day before :)

Im no professional and far from it - just thought i add that line in hahahahh

oh still stock kit lens ;)

Anyways here are some shots:

nice stuff!!!.. white is a biatch to get right. use a flash in daylight to get the wheels to pop a bit more then you can soften the exposure so it doesnt blow out.

I know :P

If i wasnt going to europe in two weeks i would have had a better lens and few external flashes by now..

but all i got is just a body and stock kit lens :)

one day sigh.. hahah

Aww dodgy fake motion blur Sid, Your better than that :P

lovely looking car though

I know.. i just had to do it.. it was distracting me soo much!!

i think thats gt-r's for sale around 65k??

very nice pics btw.

Yup its for sale if anyone is keen :)

very clean car!!

Nice pics. And don't knock the nifty fifty it's a great little lens...

Yeah I noticed the dodge motion blur too... 1/640th of a second doesn't allow much motion blur :D

Regardless, they're nice pics...wouldn't mind gettin my hands on some high res copies...

hahahha i know :P

The background was distracting me quite a lot :(

oh i love me 50mm lens and im by no means knocking it..

I think its really a good time i move on from the stock 18-55mm lens.. Its good, but i need something better now!!

    • Agreed, and in particular the earth strap that should go from the subframe to the chassis but it often broken or left off. There is a section in the R32 workshop manual you can follow for troubleshooting if you don't see anything suspicious, and depending where you are (there is no location on your user profile) you should be able to get your hands on a second hand replacement unit still if needed
    • Yeah they mention as a R34 for 2.5 Turbo...but then again thos "small" were also for R34 by that different site. But i look into it and that 310mm EBC is for R34 GTT. And by those you linked the specs are the same 🙂    EDIT: I found these on one site here: DBA 4000 series T3 DBA42304S They are 310mm...and it says are for R34GTT...are there good? EDIT2: ok they have pads too.  What "color" should i get for street use? I dont want/need some noisy ones...(and if they are not that dusty that is good too)
    • Yeah, shame. Maybe  driver's carpet is available 🙏. I am waiting for both amayama and nangun to confirm.
    • Probably. I take it that they are also mentioned to be for R34 Skyline? For example.... RDA has that part as RDA7957. I have the dimpled and slotted version of that on my car https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/285518478694?srsltid=AfmBOopKxMuAFpsxZJdB1cam4D5RAj1f9yJyOttPZLAwXVNCOiwlhrIy This is DBA's top one piece equivalent https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/364246686631?srsltid=AfmBOorbb0XHQgqTvZLgQPhg70nqJtGvdojKnugum3O2LFSr2h-obp8D
