R33 Window Problem

I'm having problems with my drivers side window.

When you press the window button for it to go up, it goes up but its almost like the motor keeps turning when it gets to the top but the window can't go up any further. It makes a really gross ticking noise...

WTF is wrong with it?

does it go up slower than normal, or does it change speeds on the way up ??

Okay first thing is don't use your window.

If the window motor is trying to move up but is getting impeded it will burn the motor out.
