slight noise on right hand side wheel when braking??? any suggestions

Hay guys i just bougt my car got system installed today =) very happy its abit of extra weight and i think i can feel it alittle =)

but i guess thats what happends =)

well here is my consern when i brake on the right hand side front wheel it sorta makes this scraping noise not hard just like kuurrrrr

and it happens somtimes and somtimes it dosnt.

this happend really bad in my other car but the break was actually worn to the metal in one part so iam not sure stressing out abit

the noise only happens sometimes then comes back and then goes away at other times.

on the rwc it says 80% the break pads but iam not sure

could it be abs. i know forsure its only on the front right wheel?

any suggestions? =)

also are the breaks hard to change on the 180sx and how much am i looking at spending for a normal decent pair of breaks =)

change the brake pads, get the discs machined, and get the fluid reflushed
