Wheel Bearings

I've had this problem since I bought the car, when I try to drive slow in pretty much any gear the car will start to "hop" and doesn't stop unitl I put the clutch in..

The car is a 180sx with an RB25.

Would a worn/stuffed wheelbearing be the cause of this? How much are they worth and where would be the best place to get one from?

It also has R32 GTR hubs

doesnt seem like bearing.

can you be a little more specific about hopping? is there any noises?

It's as if you were jumping on and off the throttle while in gear, causing the car to "hop". In a jerking sort of way.

The rubber center bearing where the tailshaft goes through is also pretty much ripped apart/worn.

Could this be the problem?
