hi guys,

bit of a topic on oils and which ones you recommend running and what oils and plug you are running.........

questions are

what oils you guys are running in transmission, motor etc (for all skylines not just rb26)

brands of oils and what viscosity and if its synthetic or semi etc

what plugs and what gaps you are running

basically any general information on lubricants and general maintenance parts
