Awesome, that is a very quick delivery. at least now I'm sure this round of group buy is going to be a fast one and put my mind to rest before I fly out tonight :stupid:

This sucks.. I wasnt home, so they took it with them.. Rang them up and said he they will re-send it/come over to my house next week tuesday.

Should have just sent it with post office.. So i can atleast collect it from there. .

Damn TNT!! :pirate:

Great to hear you guys start receiving it... Delivering your own freight, must be one of the hilarious moment in your day work!

The rotors are heavy and the smell is from the oil on the surface. Make sure you guys give it a good rub and clean the oil as good as you can.

All rotors are oiled to prevent rust, in case they need to stay in storage for long term or you decided not to install them straight away.

I have just back from NZ after a 1 hr delay in our flights... all I wanna do is sleep now. I will check my pm tomorrow and give you any quotes if required.

hahah yes go to bed.. im gonna go have a nap too lol.. hahah

anyways i got my rotors today!

Thank you so much dude..

Will leave feedback for you soon!! hope you can do the same!

Cheers mate

Edit: wont let me add a trader comment

Edit: wont let me add a trader comment :(

Yeah, I think trader's rating has gone AWOL since something happened with the forum being upgraded...

Well, don't worry about it too much then...

    • If there's enough meat in the housing where you want to put the M12 adapter, then do it, but be aware that if/when you f**k that up you'll probably be repairing it before doing anything else. I'd just drill it out and tap ina 1/4" thread. No need for rocket surgery when the next most obvious thing will do. You could throw a 1/4 x 1/8 bush in there and use the same fitting you intended to use.
    • Is the only issue that the oil catch can is getting filled on hard runs? I'd be thinking more about oil control issues rather then the head lifting, especially as you aren't seeing spiking in the coolant pressure.  Do you need restrictors in the head, or better drains from the head? Does the sump need venting to the catch can?
    • Tried to make 1/8npt threads into compressor house of the turbo for my EBC. Threads got fu#ked and ended up with and elongated hole, so I do have good amount and nice threads 90% of the hole but 10% I only had 1-2threads there and rest of it is flush on that side of the hole.. So my idea is to do M12 x 1.25 to AN4 with braided lines instead of 1/8npt to 4mm vacuum silicone hose.  and hopefully get a better thread. M12 is quite big and AN4 is a little bit bigger than 4mm (4.9mm inner diameter braided PTFE hose). but this should work. Thoughts? Otherwise I will weld and adapter onto the turbo.
